US and Singapore-based Tigerhall, a learning app for professionals, has raised US$7 million in a funding round led by Monk’s Hill Ventures. Vulpes Investment Management and existing investors such as Sequoia Capital’s Surge, Taurus Ventures, Paladigm Capital, and XA Network (formerly Xoogler Angels), also participated in the round.
